You paid us, and something isn't right. Maybe the reports aren't what you pictured, maybe the timing is wrong, maybe you simply changed your mind. You shouldn't have to argue to get your money back, and you shouldn't have to read three pages of legal text to find out how. So here is the whole thing, in plain English.
Email us within 14 days of the date your card was charged and we refund that charge in full. You don't need a reason, and we won't ask for one. One email is the whole process.
Email support@scalesmes.com from the address you paid with, and put "cancel AISight" in the subject line. That's it. A person reads it and confirms by reply.
Our plans are advertised with a 30-day free trial. If your card was charged when you expected to still be inside that trial, tell us and we refund the charge in full, whenever it happened. That one is on us, and it's not a debate.
A month you have already received reports for, cancelled more than 14 days after the charge, is normally not refundable — that work has been done and delivered. The exception is anything that went wrong on our side: reports that never arrived, monitoring that didn't run, a duplicate or mistaken charge. Those we refund in full no matter how much time has passed. If you think you fall into the second group, just email us and say so.
Refunds go back to the same card and in the same currency you were charged in. All AISight plans are charged in US dollars, so the refund arrives in US dollars. We can't refund to a different card or account.
AISight subscriptions are sold and billed by Kyly CST Pte Ltd (UEN 201942481M), a company registered in Singapore. Card payments are processed by Airwallex, and the name that appears on your statement is KYLY CST PRIVATE LIMITED. That is us — nothing strange on your statement, and no third party has your card.
Nothing in this policy takes away any right you have under Singapore law, including your rights under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act. If we ever can't settle something between us, you can approach the Consumers Association of Singapore (CASE) — but please email us first. We would rather fix it today than defend it next month.

Not sure whether you're still inside the 14 days? Email us and ask — we'll tell you the exact date of your last charge, free of charge, even if it turns out you're too late.
