Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the AISight AI search visibility audit and monitoring service at aisight.scalesmes.com. AISight is operated by Kyly CST Pte Ltd (UEN 201942481M), a company registered in Singapore. By using the service you agree to these terms.

1. The service

AISight provides an automated audit, free to run, of how visible a website is to AI-powered search engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, and similar). Optional paid monitoring plans add scheduled audits, monitoring and reports. The audit produces a score and a list of suggested fixes. It is provided "as is" and for informational purposes only.

2. Your responsibilities

• You may only submit websites you own or are authorised to assess.
• You must not use the tool to probe, test, or attack websites you do not control.
• You must not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass its limits, or submit malicious or unlawful content.

3. No guarantee of results

Our scores are estimates based on the public signals we can measure. We do not guarantee that following our recommendations will cause any AI model to cite your website, or that you will achieve any particular ranking or business outcome. Search engines and AI models change frequently.

4. Intellectual property

The AISight name, website, reports, and methodology are our property. The website content you submit remains yours; we claim no ownership over it.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AISight is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the service, including loss of business or rankings. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Singapore law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

6. Paid plans

Paid monitoring plans are billed in US dollars by Airwallex, our payment processor. Prices, billing period and what each plan includes are shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase. You may cancel at any time by emailing support@scalesmes.com. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy (linked in the footer) sets out the 14-day refund window, what is and is not refundable, and how to request a refund.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with them.
