Privacy Policy

AISight is operated by Kyly CST Pte Ltd (UEN 201942481M), a company registered in Singapore, and this policy explains how we handle personal data under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). It covers the audit and survey tool at aisight.scalesmes.com. It is written in plain English on purpose.

1. What we collect

When you run a free audit, we ask for:

• Your name — so we can address you in the report email.
• Your email address — to send you the audit result.
• Your website URL — the site you want audited.

We also fetch the content of the website URL you provide (and any competitor URLs you add) so our engine can analyse it. We do not collect data about your website's visitors or customers — only the public HTML of the pages you ask us to audit.

2. How we use it

• To generate your AI search visibility score and fix checklist.
• To email you the result.
• To aggregate anonymous industry benchmarks (your site is shown privately; league tables are anonymised).

3. Where it is stored

Your name, email and website URL are stored in our own private database (Supabase) and in our internal lead sheet. Both are private to us. The audit itself runs in your browser — we do not keep a copy of your full report. Your browser also saves your last survey locally (in your own storage) so a later upgrade can compare day 0 with day 30.

4. Third parties

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data. The only third parties involved are:

• Supabase — our private database, where your name, email and website URL are stored.
• Cloudflare — hosts the site, keeps it secure, and counts page views (see cookies below).
• Airwallex — processes card payments if you buy a paid plan. We never see or store your card number.
• Resend — delivers the report email to you.
• Google Sheets — an internal record of leads, private to us.
• Public page fetchers (corsproxy.io, allorigins.win and similar) that retrieve the public web pages you ask us to analyse. They see only public page content, never your personal data.

5. Cookies & tracking

AISight sets no advertising or tracking cookies, and there are no ad pixels on this site. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without building a profile of you. The audit tool needs no cookies to work. Your browser's local storage is used only to remember your last survey on your own device.

6. Your rights

Under the PDPA you can ask us at any time to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, withdraw your consent, or delete it. Email support@scalesmes.com and we will act within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Commission of Singapore (pdpc.gov.sg).

7. Data retention

We keep your name, email and website URL for up to 24 months from your last interaction, so we can send your result and follow up on it, then we delete it. Ask us at any time and we will delete it within 30 days.

8. Consent and transfers outside Singapore

We ask for your consent when you submit the survey form, and your submission records it. Some of our service providers (database, hosting, email delivery) process data outside Singapore. By submitting the form you consent to your personal data being transferred to and processed outside Singapore, as permitted under the PDPA.
